No no, the doctor never mentioned it, I am myself only thinking loud.
Now, the doctor said I should opt for a D & C but given the blindness related to the process, I am slightly skeptical about it.
And since this morning, there have been few tissue discharges that were lengthy

Yes, considering there is still tissue in your uterus, you should opt for the D&C.
I am in India and here mostly doctors perform a D n C without using an ultrasound machine
