My boyfriend and I are wanting to get married but he and I both are felons he is out on parole I was on probation but now I am off and have been for a couple years now but I am wanting to know if his parole officer can stop us from getting married .

They very well might because he might be restricted from contact with other convicted felons... in fact it is possible this could violate him.

Were you any part of the crime that got him arrested, ( reason you were on probation) If you were a party of one of his crimes, I don't believe they will even allow you to see him, and certainly not get married
