Have satisfied all community service hours to pay costs, no problems during probation. Never been in trouble before. Took plea so my daughters would not have to testify against their father in open court. Still, this sucks, I am searching for full-time employment. Once a potential employer sees the background check, they politely explain that nothing is available, or my particular fave is "once this nonsense is over, come and apply again". But no there is no stock form, you make it explaining why, with details of paying fines, paying fees, doing any programs required.

Seldom is it accepted before 1/2 way though, some judges, and if you had an attorney, they would normally know the judge will want closer to 3/4 of the time done.

A letter sent CERTIFIED ought to do the same thing as a motion. However, getting OFF probation won't change anything in your background.
