Hi I would be 18 weeks. I haven't been able to see a doctor since I was 10. Since then I've had no start of movements, no weight gain, and my stomach isn't hard. I've been having a lot of lower back pains and lower abdominal pains. I'm just not feeling pregnant anymore. I've had no bleeding but a lot of cramping. Been under a lot of stress also. Could I have had a missed miscarriage?

Have you had any clotting, anything leaving your uterus that would lead you to believe you were having a miscarriage?

If you are unsure, you need to see a doctor. No woman can go through a pregnancy without proper follow up with a doctor.
