If u are on bond for a misdemeanor and get a simple possession ticket and get arrested at your pre trail. Can you get bonded out?

I'm going to say no because you WERE on bond and violated it, so the odds of you getting out AGAIN on another bond are significantly not in your favor.

But that's up to the judge...
