Calculating torque using RPM and angle
I'm doing a project on Pendulor wave energy converter, a top hinged flat plate which oscillates by the motion of the wave,in which it requires to calculate the Torque, power.
Some of the measured parameters that I have are the swing angles, the time for 10 cycles, the wave height, wave length.

The question is how do I use these parameters to calculate the torque and the power produced by the wave.

    Regards,
    Kush.

Torque and power calculations will require that you have data on the force that the waves exert on the mechanism. The power that you canh get is essentially the magnitude of the force on the plate times the velocity of the plate.
