Can my son's ex girlfriend take their child out of state to live without ever mentioning it to my son.
He calls to check on his daughter of 10 months every day but can only see her one a month.
He found out tonight that she has moved to Tennesee within the last week and has not told him so until tonight.
Can she do this??
