What happens when a son get dropped off to his father at work because the child mother is trying to make life hard. And this has happened many time. My son feel he was being separated from his brother and now doesn't want to go with me his dad any more

She has costody and I'm in the wait process now of a probate hearing that I requested. Since she got served she stopped dropping him off but he now doesn't what to come with me at all or really even talk to me

He has picked up on his mother's attitude, obviously. He is going to say what he feels she wants to hear.

This case calls for the appointment of a guardian ad litem, or whatever they call them in your jurisdiction, to have a long talk with your son and figure out what's really going on.
