Hi, I'm 6 months pregnant & I feel constant horrible pain in my lower abdomin. The baby , when it moves is always painful & always a stabbing feeling & does not feel like normal movement. I also feel very weak & faint & I throw up all the time. Is something wrong with my pregnancy?
