If it's a domestic vehicle, the Clutch Cycle Switch may be bad. Simply remove the old one, apply PAG oil to the threads of the new switch, and install. Wear safety googles.

It could be a bad Clutch Cycle Switch or there could be a problem with the Blend Door Actuator. It's common for the A/C system to ice up, if there's a problem with the clutch cycle switch--check it out.
