    Relocation question
If a judge gives a mother right to relocate from Ohio to Florida, ( she had a lawyer and he did not) can the decision be reversed? She did not live up to what the reasons she told the judge she was moving away for in 3 years.

In my area a period has to go by before an order can be revisited - or else everyone who didn't get what she/he wanted would be in Court on a weekly basis.

Attempt to file but be certain you have proof of your allegations.

    Has she already moved?

    Yes she already moved,
She moved to Florida 3 years ago.
She had a lawyer and he didn't.
The judge would even let him talk in behalf of his feelings toward the relocation.
The judge agrred to let her go because she said she was moving down there to go back to school and get a job.
Now 3 years later she has not gone back to school and she works at a grocery store.
His circumstances have changed he has now been worked for his kob

If she has relocated and the child is settled and 3 years have gone by I doubt very much that the Court will revisit this Order.

I would not try to revisit the original order. But I would try to get a modification of the custody/visitation agreement based on changed circumstances. But this time he should get an attorney.
