Hi,I'm recently married and had sex for the 1st time.My husband and I have been having sex quite frequently for the pass 2 weeks hoping that I would fall pregnant,however on the 26th of September I started bleeding really heavy,but I did feel nausea,discomfort and a lot of back pains which made me assume that I might have been pregnant before that.I would just like to know if I could still be pregnant or is it a sign that I dropped,also my monthly cycle is usually on the 30th of each month,any help would really be apprecaited.

Most likely you started your cycle early.

For most average healthy couples it can take as long as a year of actively trying before conception actually happens.

Knowing that you alone would know what's best for us to do,what is or is there an easy way to fall pregnant?as I'm only 20 and I wouldn't feel comfortable asking anyone else for advice.

Have you tried tracking your ovulation by using the basil temperature method?

There really is no easy way.

If you are trying now you need to get plenty of rest, eat healthy, avoid tobacco and alcohol, if you aren't already. I would also suggest that you get on a prenatal vitamin that includes folic acid.

Can you please explain what's the basil temperature method,also I do not consume alcohol but I cannot live without coke,is that harmful to my body in any way?

Coke as in the soft drink,I have it very often,I also find it hard to drink water and I should have a lot of coffee then quit due to the caffeine it contained.So recently all I drink is coke.

Coke, the soft drink won't affect fertility.

You should wait until the period is missed completely. Next month would be the best time to use it if you are late.

Remember to use first morning urine as it is most accurate.

Sorry going back to this morning, as I was urinating a little piece of blood clot came out and a bit of blood too. After 15 minz I went back to the toilet and since then I'm bleeding heavily. Is there any way that I could stop the bleeding as such by trying any home remedy. Should I stress and worry about all the things that's happening to me now. I feel weak as well.
