I noticed yesterday that I have maybe a dime sized lump down in my vaginal area what does this mean

Bumps, lumps are very common.
Common lumps (if you don't have an STD) are cysts, filled with oil or water or hair, or an ingrown hair... a large pimple, maybe, even a bug bite. One that might need an antibiotic is one filled with pseudomonas bacteria, which grows in a greenish stuff a little like nasal mucous.

well I squeezed it and like blood and pus came out?

Go wash very well and rinse very well and pat gently dry, and put a bandaid over it, and if you have some antiseptic ointment, put that on. That is more a boil. Tomorrow look closely at it with a mirror and flashlight for signs of any red skin, sign of infection.
