    Troy-Bilt Self-Propelled Engine runs rough
I think it is the Honda 190cc with choke lever and no primer bulb. I can get it to run but the throttle arm continues to bounce/rev. If I hold choke lever in just a little it runs smoother but does not stay. It is pretty new but someone kept it in their garage and didn't run it for a while. I checked/cleaned the carb but it still runs rough. Any ideas?

    Hi,
Hondas and Kawasakis can have notoriously picky carbs when cleaning. Many Honda engines also have a fuel shutoff that can clog. At any rate surging engines generally mean poor fuel delivery.
    Peace,
