I usually colour my hair with one brand of colour in a 12.00 or a 12.03 with 12% developer. Usually a beigy blond. I wanted to go a bit more golden. I used a Viton 12.3. At first quite shocked with the colour . Golden with strawberry tinge. After a week I got used to it. I am going on holiday in a couple of days & thought I would try mixing 12.03 & 12.3 again Viton. I made the additional mistake of doing the developer ration 1:1 instead of 1:2. REsult is probably the perfect Strawberry blonde. I am 63 & not sure it is for me. A bit to dark & a little bit to strawberry.
I am going to holiday in the sun for 2 weeks . Shall I just live with it & let the sun bleach it (I may get used to it it) or try to get it lighter. Any suggestions welcome.
