Having conflicting conclusions about early preg/pms..
Okay, so here's the version as short as I can make it.. I had sex this month when I ovulated. Right about 6 or 7 days after I had a sharp pain two times in my left lower stomach, like where I would have pms cramping.. they only lasted a few secs each. I had nothing for a couple days, but after those couple of days I experienced really mild cramping, mostly in my left side but sometimes all over where I would normally get my pms cramps. This is still going on, on and off and I don't even notice it unless I try to. My period is due this wednesday/thursday (2 or 3 days from now.) when I was 8ish dpo I was checking my cervix (which I just recently started doing) TMI! When I pulled my finger out there was blood just a little. So I put toilet paper up and wiped it just a few times. The next day what little bit was left was brown. I don't think I would have ever even seen it had I not been check my cervix. I was told it could be implantation or I could have just irritated it or when you are pregnant your cervix is really sensitive. 2 days after I check again and saw nothing on my finger but when I wiped it on the white TP there was the LIGHTEST tinge of blood. Like I had to be looking to see it. But now absolutely nothing. I've tried to 'irritate' my cervix again by pushing on it harder and more than I did that night and can't get it to reoccur. I know I probably shouldn't but I was just really confused. Does anyone have any conclusion? I'm not really feeling any other symptoms besides REALLY tired but I always get tired around this time in my cycle.

Not sure what answer you are looking for, no one else can know what your body is doing, yes it could be any of the things you think. You get a medical examine, or wait till your next period is due and see if you miss a period or not.
