    Frigidaire gallery series electric dryer
We replaced the back berring and it is still making a loud noise. The noise does not start until the dryer starts Heating up. My husband even ran the dryer without the drum in it and the noise is still there maybe worse! Any ideas what else to replace?

Check the motor shaft bearings. Do that by holding the shaft in your had and trying to move it back and forth and up and down. There should not be a lot of play in the shaft. Next check the fan blade or squirrel cage fan attached to the enclosed shaft end. This is the fan that moves air around in the dryer and then discharges it outside. If the fan is loose or broken it can make a lot of noise. NOTE: power OFF (unplug) for all of these tests.
