Probation laws for leaving the state
What are the laws for moving to another satiate while on probation?also what are the procedures and what does the probation officer have to do? Do they have to ask the state your moving to if you can come there? Can that state say no?

You have to make formal application to move to another STATE. Yes the state you are moving to has to approve it, as does the state you are leaving.

If there is a reason or problem, yes they can say no. normally they don't, Having a place to leave, family and a job where you are moving helps.

Your PO can give his opinion of the move, he reports if your fines are paid, if any programs are done and the such.
