I'm on probation and I have a warrant out for a ticket that I got 2 months before I was even on probation Is this a violation of my probation?

Yes...

This is a tricky one, the actual offense was done before, it is now the ignoring of this, so you are now evading, to a degree since you are not turning yourself in.

Also if you don't notify the po of the warrant, that is a large violation.

Your only real way to clear this, go tell the PO about it, and turn yourself in and clear it up.
