I have had two bowel movements in the past few hours that were really bloody with like clots wrapped around he stool and lots of blood when I wipe. My stomach hurts pretty bad too . What could this be?

You probably having gastroenterologic bleeding ıf you are using any madication for thinig blood or NSAIDs like aspirin stop using them and you shold do to a hospital.

I don't take any medications. I can't afford to go to the hospital I have no money and no insurance.

Hmm ı can t really help you from here. From hospital they need to do some test or endoscopy to find out the reason.

Is this happened in these days or did you have any coplains about you stomach before or heart burns?

Are you in the US? The hospital ER will treat you under Medicaid.
