I found out last week that I am pregnant (am now 5 weeks and 5 days) When I got up this morning I felt very sickly. I started bleeding at 10.30am and have needed to go to bathroom every 30 minutes with a full bladder. The bleeding is only on the tissue when I wipe and is deep red and then going darker brown the more I wipe. I have an intermitent dull ache in my lower abdomen. I still feel tired, lower back pain and tender breasts.

My first pregnancy was twins and all was well (they are now 12 years old) I then had a miscarriage a few years later and then another successful pregnancy (she is now nearly 8). I am 34 years old and in good health

No doctor on line could possibly tell you if you are having a miscarriage, that is not possible on the internet. If you are concerned you are having one, then I suggest visiting a clinic or the ER as soon as possible.
