When I was a kid, I used to see a series about some teens who broke into a complex full of old cans and shooted them with weapons...

One of the old can... had a monster inside that you could see through the bullet hole...

I think the teens ( a girl and two boys) then turned into monsters and they were living in a cave of a mountain...

They wore masks... some type of gas masks..

There was a scene when they tried to reproduce... then they laid eggs in cans filled with human blood.

Some episodes after.. there was a flying disk that was destroying everything with a laser..
