I been in a relationship with an older Guy going on 4 months am so in love with him he say he loves me but I have done a lot on the past an when we have our arguments that's all he talk about and it tends to hurt me every time then he tells me he is moving next month an says we still could b together but I want to b where he is so I been trying to figure out how to tell him how I feel but never really found a way an I want to tell him before its to late because I love him so much so my question is what should I do? What should I say?

Tell him how you feel. If that isn't enough then why bother stick around?
