I am 38 weeks pregnant, I am having some discomfort in the top of my stomach and chest area, its not painful just feels kind of like when you might get sick, but I know I'm not going to get sick, I have had it 2 days in a row off and on during the day. I have an appt with my OB in 2 days but I just want to know if I should be getting checked out sooner.

Doesn't your OB have a phone number to call at all times? If you are worried, get in touch sooner than your appointment.
