I have hard lump in breast even after 2 and half years of pregnancy . Its been 1 and half year since I have stopped feeding . I don't understand what to do . Please help

You tell your doctor. Haven't you been getting checkups and breast exams?

I got and I even took medicines but it has not helped

She did but she says its bcoz of hormones and willl be OK in 6 months but I'm worried

Whether it hurts or not is immaterial. You need to have a mammogram.

I was also thinking fine-needle aspiration -- depending on what the mammogram shows.
