Am I entitled to read mother will?
My mother died 10 years ago and me and my 3 brothers were left with my step father. After he met his new girlfriend my brothers were put into foster care and I was adopted so we having nothing to do with him now. However recently members our family are saying that we shoud have been entitled to a %from the sale of our family home.
I was just wondering if there was anyway I could see if my mum had a will and if so what it states on there?

    Thank you

You would need to go to the Court in your area and see if the estate was filed for probate.

Without knowing your location it is impossible to say what the Law is if she didn't have a valid will.
