Every faucet in the house has hot and cold coming out. My shower has two heads in it and all of a sudden it won't get hot anymore. The handles are the kind that have just the one that you can turn to the left for hot middle for perfect an right for cold. We changed the elements in the hotwater heater an its still doing the same thing. The hot tub in that bathroom still gets hot just not the shower. Help!!

The issue is at the mixing valve (shower valve) itself. Most likely the cartridge and/or balancing spool is clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Here, you would need to shut off the water to the shower (or the entire house if the shower valve doesn't have shutoffs) and then disassemble the unit to get into the parts so you can remove and clean them. When you get the cartridge out pulse the hot and cold water on for a couple seconds to clear the water lines. Reassemble all after you clean the cartridge in say some CLR (calcium lime rust remover) or vinegar and see if that resolved your problem. If so, great! If not, you may need a replacement cartridge.
