I did the salt and ice challenge and my skin is turning blue, it hurts to touch it, help!! I'm scared. Also I held the ice on my skin from 1:30- 2:00 minutes

You now have a serious case of frostbite and need to see a doctor for treatment before the spot blisters and peels and infection sets in.
