My father lived in mitchell lama housing, he just passed away. Do I have any rights for his apartment?

I have no idea where "Mitchell Lama Housing" is located but, no, in general you do not.

I'm assuming he rented month-to-month (or by lease), and that arrangement ended when he passed.

Is this subsidized housing?

Were you living with your father for at least one year at the time he passed away?

Were you listed on the lease?
