My kitchen faucet has an almost rhythmic, quick decrease in water flow every 10 seconds or so. It only lasts a second and then goes back to full flow. Any ideas on what could be causing this problem? Thank you!

Sounds like "seat chatter" to me. Let's have more details. Brand name? How old? One handle or two knobs> Let me know, Tom
