I'm a 15 year old girl who has a good family and good friend and a good boyfriend, but in the past few months I have started to feel down, I keep crying for no reason and I have no energy to do anything and I don't know why, please help me

Have you had a check up lately? At your age your hormones are in overtime and its possible to have an imbalance going on that is affecting your emotional state. Don't give up and stay positive. Discuss your feelings with your parents and get to the bottom of this.

What type of check up? I have tried to discuss my feelings with my parents but they don't think its is anything to worry about.

I agree, while it is common for 15 year old girls to be on a rollar coaster emotionly, if you are always time, I would agree time for a check up

A health check up from your doctor. It may include bloodwork to check how your body is doing with hormones. They alone can cause emotional difficulty.
