    Cannot feed #2 4 conductor wire through 2" PVC LB box without high force effort which divots the insulation

    There is no reason 4- #2's should be any problem in 2".
    How are you doing this? Please don't tell me you are trying to pull them through the LB.
    Are you pulling a big loop out of the LB and then feeding them into the other side?
