She gets pregnant, but the boy falls in love with her and threatens to expose them. He ends up dead. The woman suffers a miscarriage. The rich man's nephew, a priest, Fr. Michael, has an affair with the woman, she gets pregnant with twin boys but dies during their birth. The priest almost deserts the priesthood and takes his children but something happens and he changes his mind.
