Hi I am 7 days late but I am as regular as clock work I have never been late , I feel sick at different times of the day and my boobs hurt and I have very lite spotting am I pregnant

It's not uncommon to have a late period. Have you taken a pregnancy test?

Late periods are somewhat common from time to time. And of course 7 days is just to the end of when the period is suppose to happen.

I would suggest that you wait one more week, and then try a pregnancy test.
