    Any chance to get visa this time
    I was denied for US immigrant visa in July 2008, So is there any chance to get visa this time

    What country are you from? Why were you denied first time? What has changed to correct the issue you were denied for ? What type of visa did you apply for/

    I am from India, Denied for marriage based immigration, last time embassy did the verification and they found marriage is fake, and they refused me under section 221(g) stating that No further action will be taken

    But 4 years later my mother filed another petition, which is F1 category Unmarried sons and daughters of US citizens.
    I am divorcée at present.

    I was interviewed for current case on 13 sep 2012, first they said everything is fine but later they demanded my prior marriage certificate and divorce decree, which has been submitted.
    Now what are the chances of success in current case

    I would say no it will not be approved. Reason, they have you on record for trying a fake marriage previously. This will show up and make it harder. You need to hire a immigration attorney to address these issues with them.
