    Deportation for someone
    My wife is working in airdrie. She was raped by her housemate and resulting for her pregnancy.. she did not file a case because there is threatening on her side. Can he be deported and catch by the immigration officer? as far as I know he has a permanent residence application.. can you help where I'm going to file his deportation..

    Not unless she files a police report... without charges and a conviction... he didn't break the law, and if he didn't break the law he didn't violate any terms of his green card application.

    Most likely not, all you can prove is she had sex with him and got pregnant, Which is not against any law to deport.

    There needed to be criminal ( rape) charges made,
