I had my right ovary and fallopian tube removed. The last time I was checked I had a 9.3 cm cyst on my left ovary and was told I would probably never get pregnant the conventional way due to the cyst and scar tissue blocking my left ovary. I am now 4 days late on my period but 5 days ago I spotted brown blood. I have no pain at all. The only time I have ever spotted brown blood before I was pregnant which ended in a miscarriage. How likely is it that I could be pregnant?
