My husband and his child's mother signed over gardianship to his child's mother aunt. He was in jail, then the child mother got locked up while he was in jail. What can he do to get his son back? The caregivers for his son is trying to put him on Child support but he wasnts his son back.

What does the present Order awarding guardianship say? Was it Court ordered? "Made to sign over guardianship" makes me believe this was somehow involved with a CPS case.

He doesn't pay child support? How long has he been out of jal?

And where is this as laws vary by area.

He will need to pay any court ordered child support, he hires an attorney and files to have custody of the child returned to him
