Ive been wondering if I can get a job with my mom at krogers but she said they ran a background check of course. So my question is if I go through all the trouble of getting hired their what will become the outcome? Im on felony diversion for a burg 3rd charge back in may of this year. Ive herd both yes an no to your peoples questions so I thought id be more persistence about my deal. Its suppose to be pending because I'm on f diversion right? So if I'm not convicted I should be fine? Or will it show up?

What is "all the trouble" you have to go through?

Depending on the depth of the background check it may or may not show. You will be asked if you've ever been arrested. That will sink you.
