If you took one Lortab on Friday at 6 pm will you test positive on a drug screening on Thursday morning?

If you have a prescription for it from a doctor for it... you would be OK.

One dose would probably be eliminated in that time span and would not be tested for in a standard drug screen. Can be detected in an expanded panel test.

The problem with hydrocodone (including Lortab) is that it tends to cross-react with opiate panels on many of the standard immunoassays creating a false positive.
