Boyfriend had warrant for vop. Got picked up. The violation is for not showing up to probation. He is sitting in county jail. Has a $10,000 bail. Is not going to get bail out. How long will he sit in jail?

First surprised he even has a bail, most VOP does not have bail.

He will sit one to three weeks till a hearing, at the hearing, they may give him additional jail time or put him back on probation

Thanks He went to court today. Took 90 day sentence. Done with Probation. How long will he do? Some says 57 days another said 70 days? Do you know? Kat
