It's called frost bite. There is nothing you can do. You damaged your skin and now you just have to sit back and wait for it to heal.

If the blister bursts you may have to seek medical attention so that you do not develop an infection.

Why do people still do this? Its really NOT at all smart... is likely to leave a scar for life if its bad enough... Its dangerous as well. Called frost bite... google up frostbite and you will see what and why... you already know the how.

Like I mean do I need to go to the hospital? Or just let it be, because people are telling me its just a high reaction from the salt I used and it will go away in a few days.

How big is it? If its bigger than a fairly small spot that might not be a bad idea... its not a reaction to the salt.

No need to go to the hospital yet, but if an infection sets in you will have to go to the doctor or the hospital.

It's a blister, caused by frostbite, or even a burn. You should have it checked by a doctor so you don't get an infection. You also didn't need to start a new thread. This could have been answered on your last one.
