My wife put a notice in a local paper filling for custody of our then 6 yr old daughter. Now she's 15 and we all got along fine she even got to move in with me 6 moths ago.this morning her mom came to my house and took her from me. After calling the police since she has that sneaky custody order.please tell me what I can do

You go to court and fight for a change. That is all you can do at this point as legal custody never changed prior to this.
