Mince beef nachos
500 ggrams beef mince
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, fine cut
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 small can green chilies
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 cup shredded low fat-sodium cheddar
1/2 cup lite sour crème

Heat pan, add oil, and onion, sauté till tender. Add mince, breaking up and cook till brown. Drain excess oil out of pan. Add tomatoes,simmer 8-10 minutes, add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, chilies, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 10 minutes. Spoon mixture on plate, surround with chips, top with cheese and a feww dollups of sour crème, or place chips on large plate and pour mixture over chips, topping with cheese and sour crème.:rolleyes:
