I transferred my probation back home to Alaska then was there for a year, violated,and got brought back to Iowa. What are my chances if I file for a transfer back to Alaska?

Only the Judge knows; however, if you got into trouble in Alaska, why would the PO give you permission to go back?

Well I never really had an official PO from Iowa. As soon as I got out of jail I went home to Alaska on a temporary travel pass until Alaska accepted me. But what I'm saying is I have no ties or family what so ever in Iowa. I have zero stability. Everything and everyone is back home, so I'm wondering if they would accept me back because of that.
