My girlfriend lived with me 100 % and had no income and I supported her. Can I claim her as a dependent and claim head of house hold as well.?

You can claim her as a dependent if she lived with you the entire year, did not earn more than the personal exemption, cannot be claimed by anybody else, you provide more than half her support, and she is a citizen or resident alien of the US, Canada or Mexico.
However, she would not qualify you to file as head of household.

Even if you are eligible to claim your girl friend, this does not make you head of household.
