Is it okay to have like red mucus looking stuff to come out.? I haven't had me period at all and I'm worried there's something wrong so please help me.!

Like I went pee and it came out and now I went up satirs and nothings there

Okay I had blood inside but it didn't came out . Then I went to the rest room and there was like blood/mucus then I thought it was my period so told my mom and now there's no blood,mucus anything
