I have a Price Pfister two handle kitchen faucet that's about 7 years old. I'm trying to get the hot water handle off so I can replace the cartridge. There are no screws or set screws on the handle. Do I just pry the handle off with a screwdriver?

No! But what you do pry off is the insert on top of the knob. Underneath you'll find a screw. Remove the screw and the knob will pull right off. Good luck, TomQuote:

As Tom said, No, No, do not try to merely pry the handle off, as you will surely damage something. Is there a cap on the top of the handle that pops off? Maybe. Lets see some pics of your fuacet, or even a model of the faucet so we can see how this particular one comes off.
