When filing, would you alphabetize by the Legal name or the DBA name?
Ie: TCG dba The Core Group. Would it be filed under TCG, or Core Group, The.

Depends on why you will need to access the info - which name are you "dealing with"?

I'd file by legal name, subfile by D/B/A.
