I was charged with embezzelment which was non-adjuticated and the judge said as long as the fines and all monies were paid and finished all probation my record would be expunged. I took from that it would be cleared but here several years later while applying for a job I find it is still on my record. How do I get it removed and at what cost. It was in Mississippi and I now live in Georgia.
